Transitioning
If your dog has never eaten Stella & Chewy's products or if you are trying a new flavour, mix this freeze-dried food with your dog's current food for at least 5 - 7 days to make it easier on the digestive tract. Please note that these are guidelines. Always consult your veterinarian, especially for pregnant or nursing dogs.

Note
Freeze-dried/raw food may contain bacteria that can be harmful to humans. In order to protect yourself, keep all raw meat and poultry away from other foods. Be sure to wash your hands and clean any surfaces and items you may come into contact with (counter, table, dish, utensils, etc.) when serving raw food with hot water and soap.
